Studio Rental Rates & Policies

Rental Options:

1. Studio Rental Only – $100 for the first hour, $80/hour for each additional hour
Includes:

• Full access to the studio space with unlimited # of guests
   
• Unlimited use of any available backdrops
   
• Access to in-studio props
   
• Please bring your own equipment (camera, lighting, memory cards, etc.)
   

2. Studio Rental with Equipment – $175 for the first hour, $140/hour for each additional hour
Includes:

• Full access to the studio space with unlimited # of guests
   
• Unlimited use of any available backdrops
   
• Use of 2 cameras, 2 strobe lights, 2 continuous lights, one room at a time
   
• Access to our tethering software and equipment
   
• Complimentary digital file transfer
   

Additional Services (available at extra cost):

• Photo editing
• Photo printing
   

Late Arrival & Grace Period Policy:
When you book the studio, we reserve the entire space just for you. To accommodate setup or minor delays, we allow up to a 30-minute grace period before your booked time begins. Your session will officially start within 30 minutes of your scheduled time.

Please note: We may not be able to extend your session if you arrive late, as we block off the studio for your time slot and may have other bookings immediately afterward.

Payment Policy:
All bookings must be paid in full in advance, or a minimum 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. 

Our friendly staff will help you take your photos! Just make sure to add "Photography services" when you book online. We charge $10 for 10 min sessions, $20 for 20 min sessions, and $40 for 40 min sessions!
