Bring your smile! We provide you with all necessary photography equipments, props, and prints. It is optional and encouraged to bring extra outfits and props to use during your shoot. 

We send you instantly all the photos you took during your session via email or airdropped to your phone for $15. For our 40 min sessions, we know you will want all the images so we give you FREE digital files, included in your session. 

Yes! We have the ability to get rid of any facial acne, wrinkles, discolorations, and get rid of any imperfections on the backdrop. It is a free service only for the photos that you want printed. If you would like all or more photos edited, there is a small fee. Please ask us and we can give you an estimate. The edits are completed on the spot after your session and may take up to 15 mins for full production of prints. 

Yes! Our White Room, Color Room, and Specialty Backdrop Room prices include 1-2 people. If you have additional people or pet, it will be a $5 extra charge. If your guest does not plan to be in the photo, there will be no charge. If you are taking a picture of your dog only, you do not need to add $5 for yourself. 

We have the ability to print up to 17"x22". We can mount them on a foam board or frame it for you. Come in and take a look at our samples! This can be completed on the spot within 15 mins. 

Of course! Pets are encouraged! We have treats waiting for our furry friends. If you book our Premium Session, we offer dog clothes/accessories for FREE! Please be aware that there may be other guests at the same time of your appointment in different rooms. If you feel that your pet may be distracted by other guests, please contact us to see if we can block out the other rooms for more privacy for you and your pet for FREE.

Appointments are recommended to ensure a seamless experience. Even booking an appointment at least an hour prior will help us ensure you get the full session you booked for. 

For Passport Sessions and White Room Sessions, walk-ins are welcome, just give us a heads up prior to arrival. 

We had family portraits with up to 15 people, so there’s no strict limit on how many participants you can have. It really depends on how you’d like the photos taken; whether everyone is seated, standing, only faces are shown, or if there are infants included.

For groups larger than 8 people, we highly recommend booking our white, coco brown, blue, or red backdrops, as we have larger sizes available at no additional cost.

We recommend you arrive to your appointment at least 10 mins prior. We will start your session at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, you might not be able to take full advantage of your experience. If there are no other appointments waiting, we may be able to extend your time. 

Nope! Sharing is totally optional. We’ll ask at the end of your photo session, and you can simply opt out if you’d rather not share. No hard feelings! 

Yes! If you were to book an appointment with a professional photographer, you would be paying hundreds of dollars per hour. Since there are no photographers here, we don't charge you that much. You are saving money by being your own photographer. We provide you with high quality cameras and fun props. Just make sure to practice your poses!

Yes! For example, if you would like to use a Christmas backdrop in February, you would have to make sure you book at least one day in advance so we can ensure we have all the props ready for you!

Unfortunately, refunds are against our policy. In certain cases, a refund may be issued if the issue was due to our mistake. Otherwise, store credit will be provided in place of a refund. If you have any concerns about your photos, please contact us within 24 hours. We’re always happy to work with our customers to find a solution that works best for both parties.

Yes! As long as you’re within a reasonable distance, we can deliver within a few days. If you live farther out, such as in Maryland, delivery may take a couple of extra days. If you need expedited delivery, just let us know and we’ll share the earliest available option.

Delivery is always free if you were unable to receive your complimentary photos on the day of your session due to our error.
