1. No refunds after pickup:

All sales are final once balloons have been received and picked up. We do not offer refunds after the order has left our possession.

2. Balloon Care & Responsibility:

We are not responsible for balloons that pop, deflate, or become damaged after purchase. Balloons are delicate and can be affected by heat, sharp objects, rough handling, and environmental conditions. 

3. Balloon Lifespan:

Our balloons typically last ~3-4 days when kept under normal conditions. Longevity is not guaranteed and may vary depending on temperature, handling, and environment. 

4. Order Issues:

If there is an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a defect noticed at pickup), please notify u immediately at the time of pickup. We will replace the item with the same product at no additional cost.
